We don't claim to have a studio "sound" as such, as we believe that our job is to capture your sound in the way that best represents you. We don't really give a shit if this means shoving the snare drum signal through a fuzzbox, just as long as you come away with something that you can be proud of. |
| |
Although we make no secret of the fact that the bulk of our work is with guitar bands, we also have producers with a wealth of experience working with major label pop, r 'n' b and dance acts. |

If you are a band, we encourage you to record as one, (unless of course you wanna do otherwise). The studio can be a rare environment for most people and we think making you feel comfortable can make a big difference to the quality of what you create whilst you're in there. |

If you're a singer or solo artist we appreciate that this can mean a slightly different bunch of disciplines and methods, though again, feeling relaxed and confident will definately help bring out the best in you. |

There are 3 separate recording areas. The main Live Room is air conditioned and will comfortably hold most bands. Adjoining this, and with clear sight lines in between, is a punchy sounding, wooden, Drum Room. In addition there is a completely separate Vocal Booth which can be used in conjunction with the other areas to produce live, yet totally spill free vocal takes. |

Tracking is done via a wide range of industry standard microphones and outboard, through our large format Soundcraft DC2000 analogue console to Pro Tools or Logic Pro . |
